Pool Deck Closes October 31

The outdoor pool season ends Saturday, October 31 at 8PM. The whirlpool spa stays open year-round. Towel service winds down October 29 — thank you for a wonderful summer.

October 2 · Maintenance

Elevator B Modernization, Oct 26–30

Elevator B will be offline for cab modernization October 26–30. Elevators A and C run normally; please allow extra time at morning peak. Move-ins during that week will be routed through the service elevator.

September 28 · Community

Rooftop Harvest Dinner — October 24

The garden season closes with our long-table harvest dinner on the rooftop, 6:30PM. All residents welcome; RSVP in the portal by October 21 so the kitchen can plan.

September 22 · Operations

Garage Deep-Clean Overnights

Levels P1 and P2 will be deep-cleaned overnight (11PM–5AM) through the end of October. Please use P3 for overnight parking on posted dates. Signage is posted at the garage entrance.
