Cabanas open for booking 30 days out and July Saturdays go first. Each residence may bring up to four guests; larger groups can reserve the event corner through the portal. Send invites two weeks ahead with the building’s guest-parking instructions attached.

Feed People Simply

The grill stations handle the mains — skewers, burgers, corn — while the event lounge’s prep kitchen covers the rest. Glass stays off the deck (the building provides shatterproof sets), and the concierge’s preferred caterers know the service elevator drill by heart.
